Sizing

All dresses are made to order by hand according to the size you select and your measurements. If you seem to fall between two sizes, make sure to let us know and based off your measurements, we will size accordingly. 

*Please make sure your measurements are correct by having them done at a tailor or similar. We are not responsible for incorrect measurements or weight changes after measurements have been submitted.

EXTENDED SIZING

Although our size chart only goes to size 16, we are happy to accommodate for extended sizing beyond that - please inquire direct for a specific quote, but in general there is an upcharge of $200 for any dress ordered beyond size 16.

Customization

Any dress can be custom to the bride's request for additional fees.  If you have any customization requests, please email us for details.  

 

ORDER TURN AROUND

The general turnaround time is 4-6 months. Rush orders are available for an additional fee, please email with specific time constraints to be sure the deadline can be made.

14 week - $100

12 week -$175

10 week - $250

8 week - $350

You can order a Claire La Faye gown at one of our Stockists near you.  If there isn't a store nearby, you can order a dress through our website.  Please click on the "inquiries" button on our products page and we will be in contact within 24 to 48 hours.

TRY On AT home

Samples are available for most of the styles offered. They are available to ship to you for a refundable deposit, which is equal to the cost of the dress. This "deposit" goes through Paypal, which is then refunded via Paypal upon its return to us. You cover shipping. We ask as a courtesy that you keep the sample for no longer than 48 hours as there are waitlists for some of the dresses.

Please email if you would like this option and to get on a waitlist for one of the dresses. This option is available internationally, using Expedited Shipping only.

 

RETURNS

Due to the nature of the ordering process, returns are not accepted on custom orders. You will never be left unsatisfied with your purchase; something can always be worked out and we will make sure you are satisfied! *All sample sale garments are final sale.

Sample sale items may possibly be returned, please email in advance before ordering to make sure. 

SHIPPING

All domestic shipping within the United States is sent through FEDEX Ground - $40
